This proposal is a disgrace! The EI has just been positively identified in the hunter and while other locations and other horse breeds and activities have been locked down the dollar studs in the hunter have convinced the powers in Government that they have some greater need! What about the Quarter horse foal crop? What about the inconvenience to all sorts of activity that this lock down has caused? I have thoroughbreds too but there should not be one rule for the some and another rule for the rest. Give it some more thought.
